The Requirement
    AVG direly needed a solution to handle the two core functions of the business:
    • Streamline Sales and Distributions
    • Offer world-class support to its customers
    The Solution
    • A custom integrated solution was developed that connected their CRM operations to the old License Management system for their core Software. It was also expanded to accommodate the other home-grown applications to integrate with Salesforce real-time.
    • REST API integration was used to push the messages to the Enterprise BUS in a pub-sub model to enable real-time sync of data and provide customers up-to-the-minute support for their requests.
