The Challenge

• To develop an application that will support multiple platforms.
• To create a digital tag and merge images and videos.
• To create a chat system for customer and representative for easy communication using CRM system.

Our Approach

• We selected framework for hybrid application and multi platform application development need.
• We used remote server database system.
• We had done digital tag creation and social platform sharing.

The Results

• We developed the application using PhoneGap as the framework and JQuery as the designing framework.
• We had used XMPP for real time chat in between customer and representative.
• WE had used third party library to generate digital tag and share it on social platform.
