  • We use Odoo chatter to streamline communication, improve collaboration, and offer tracking of activities and changes within records. It helps maintain records of updates, edits, and interactions, which makes it easier to manage workflows.

  • Odoo's timely alerts and follow-ups make the recruitment process efficient and smoother. You can set reminders, track progress, and improve communication; ultimately, it leads to faster hiring and better candidate experience.

  • By using Odoo's built-in meeting feature, interviews are now scheduled within the system and linked to candidate records. HR can track schedules, send invites, and avoid conflicts all in one place.

  • Odoo's recruitment stages clearly define each applicant's status. Rejected candidates are moved to the "Refuse" stage, giving HR visibility and the ability to review or reuse data when needed.
