A graphic designer creates visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Key Result Areas:
- Designing and creating visually appealing graphics for various marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and create designs that align with Agile Infoways brand style and messaging
- Creating and managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to improve design concepts
- Maintaining consistency in design elements across all marketing materials
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
Additional Roles and Competencies:
- Experience in illustration and data visualization/information design
- A strong, dynamic portfolio showcasing strengths in typography, design systems, visual storytelling, presentation design, and a refined finesse across digital channels
- Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter
- Clear and effective written and verbal communicator, experienced in presenting to senior creative and strategic leadership
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator), with knowledge in After Effects and Indesign, as well as other software such as Figma, Canva, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Google Drive (Google Slides)
Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Canva, HR and marketing design, color theory, and typography.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related visual communications field.
