    Customer Login and Registration

    For customer login In the header of the store, click Sign in and Enter your Email address and Password. If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot Your Password?
    For customer registration In the header of the store, click create an account and fill necessary details and click create an account button.

    RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) For customer only

    Using RMA (or Return Merchandise Authorization) System, the store owners will be able to manage product returns, exchange, refunds, order cancellation easily. With Magento 2 RMA Extension, the customers, as well as the guest users, can create an RMA request for returning the products or canceling the order delivery.

    Categories Management

    Before you add products to your catalog, you need to establish the basic category structure of your catalog. Products may be assigned to zero or more categories. The category structure of the catalog is reflected by the main menu — or top navigation — of the store.

    Catalog Price Rules

    Catalog price rules can be used to offer products to buyers at a discounted price, based on a set of defined conditions. Catalog price rules do not use coupon codes, because they are triggered before a product is placed into the shopping cart.

    Admins can manage orders, invoices, shipments, credit memos, transactions
    from sales management.

    RMA SYSTEM

    A returned merchandise authorization (RMA) can be granted to customers who request to return an item for replacement or refund. RMAs can be issued for Simple, Grouped, Configurable, and Bundle product types. However, RMAs are not available for virtual and downloadable products, or gift cards.

    Cart Price Rules

    Cart price rules apply discounts to items in the shopping cart, based on a set of conditions. The discount can be applied automatically as soon as the conditions are met, or when the customer enters a valid coupon code. When applied, the discount appears in the cart under the subtotal. A cart price rule can be used as needed for a season or promotion by changing its status and date range.

    POS (Point of Sale System) Management
    Add / Manage Outlets :

    Under this section, the admin can add and manage any number of outlets.

    Add/Manage Cashier (Sales Agent) :

    The admin can add/manage cashiers by navigating through.

    POS Orders :

    To view, the complete list of POS orders, the admin needs to navigate through POS -> POS Orders.Henceforth, the admin can view the separate section for POS orders.

    Email Template Management

    Navigate to MARKETING > Communications > Email Templates in the Admin.
    Admins can build new email campaign templates.

    Managing Customer Accounts

    On the Admin sidebar, go to Customers > All Customers.
    In the first column of the grid, select the checkbox of each record that you want to update.
    Two ways to Edit a customer account. First is inline edit .admin can double click on row
    the second is full edit which is the Actions column to Edit.Admin can update the customer profile and Admin can also login as a customer as well
