Key Result Areas:
- Assist in creating and executing business development/ sales strategies for business growth
- Generating leads (create and run campaigns) using various tools, channels with/without help of team members
- Qualify, nurture and close leads to achieve sales targets of company for assigned technology and geography
- Manage repeat business from current client, manage relations with them and increasing account value with the help of delivery team
- Creating new channel partners and business avenues
- Generate proposals / contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of Pre-sales team (Business Analysts / Technical Analysts)
- Act as relationship manager and escalation point to clients
- Managing performance of team members assigned
- Complying company’s processes and documentation standards for sales
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns and attend expos / events
Additional Roles:
- Mentoring team members
- Helping HR team in building sales & Lead Gen team
- Being a brand ambassador of company
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve customer delight
Reports Expected:
- Managing CRM of company
- Sales report for self + Team performance
- Campaign effectiveness report
Qualifications- A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Comp Engineering + MBA/ PGDBM Marketing or related field.
